I was delighted with the Noah's Ark Set when I first received it.  However, upon going through the pieces before giving it to my daughter, I found Moses's and the 2 donkeys were missing.  I e-mailed to see if I could be sent those pieces instead of sending the whole box back.  I never received a reply.  I attempted to call; person there could not help me and person who could never called back.  I finally ordered Moses with the 2 donkeys from another source and completed the set.
